Michael Paul Isip, 54, died Saturday October 23, 2021.
On July 15, 1967, Mike was born to Consolito & Araceli Isip in the Republic of the Philippines. They soon moved to where Mike considered his hometown, Cleveland, Ohio.
As a baby, he shared a crib with his cousin and lifelong partner in crime, Andy Ramos.
Five years later, he became the beloved older brother and protector to Pete, although he almost burnt the house down when they were children. Two brothers’ love, laughter, and friendship could never be more strong than theirs.
He shared many happy holidays with his cousins Andy, Lino, & Alma and his Aunt Flordeliza Ramos, all of who looked after him after his mother passed away in 1985.
He was passionate. His blessing and curse were feeling and loving too much. To be sure, he had the dreaded Pascual temper that afflicts all the Pascual boys. But, that almost never reared its head—although cousin Lino as a teen would probably disagree, with many purposely broken slot cars as evidence.
If you were lucky enough to know Mike, he was a best friend and confidant.
Loving.
Loyal.
Thoughtful.
Selfless.
Creative.
Funny.
His bond with those whom he touched will live on in their hearts, and he will be survived by all of them.
Family and friends received at HOLOWCHAK FUNERAL HOME; 5548 State Rd Parma, OH 44134, on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 5-7:30 pm with funeral services at 7:30 pm.
